Teri Green serves as Director of Academic and Student Affairs for the College of Graduate Studies at the University of Toledo, where she provides support and services to graduate students, academic programs, and faculty from orientation through graduation. For more than 15 years, she has managed thesis and dissertation services and served as the local administrator for the OhioLINK ETD Center submission system, continually expanding her expertise across all aspects of electronic theses and dissertations (ETDs).

Teri has presented at state and national conferences on topics including open access, ETD workflows, document remediation, and ADA accessibility in ETDs. At her institution, she serves on several committees, including the provost’s Artificial Intelligence Task Force: Instruction and Professional Development subcommittee and the Office of Accessibility and Disability Resources’ Digital Accessibility (Title II) committee.

Her professional service includes membership on the OhioLINK ETD Center Advisory Council (2014–present) and the USETDA Board of Directors (2018–present), where she is currently the Vice-Chair. She also serves as NDLTD liaison to USETDA and participated on the joint planning committee for the 2025 ETD Symposium. Within these organizations, Teri has served as program chair for multiple USETDA conferences, established a remediation working group, and contributed to the development of a dynamic ETD best practices document for OhioLINK.

Teri holds a B.A. in English with a concentration in Creative Writing and has pursued graduate studies in English, Rhetoric, Teaching Writing, and Higher Education. She previously served on the NDLTD Board of Directors from 2020 to 2022.
