Her passionate advocacy has led to the adoption of open access policies that require the deposit of research outputs in repositories, with ETDs being a primary content type.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has brought invaluable international insights, expertly guiding the planning of the annual NDLTD Symposium of Theses and Dissertations across the globe and expanding partnerships with diverse global organizations. Iryna\u2019s commitment to equity and inclusion has profoundly shaped NDLTD\u2019s activities, ensuring that our initiatives promote knowledge sharing and global participation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her continuous and impactful involvement has been the \u201cessential glue\u201d that unifies NDLTD\u2019s wide-ranging initiatives. Her dedication and strategic vision have significantly shaped the growth of NDLTD\u2019s mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
